Amanda Frances recently revisited her past conflicts with Dorit Kemsley and Bozoma “Boz” Saint John, as speculation about her return to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for its 16th season swirls. This reflection comes as she also shares insights from the season 15 reunion and reveals which cast members received save-the-date cards for her upcoming fall wedding to Eddie Tsivislavsky. Amanda and Eddie, who tied the knot in a courthouse ceremony in September 2025, are planning a more formal celebration later this year.

During a candid interview on May 20 with Extra TV, Amanda, 41, addressed some of the more contentious moments from her time on the show. She reacted to Dorit’s accusation that she had used the death of her son as leverage, and Boz’s remark likening Amanda’s business to a “cult.” Reflecting on these challenges, Amanda emphasized a new perspective she had gained by the reunion’s end.

“I came to understand that people will throw things at you, but you can respond in a way that stays true to who you are,” Amanda shared. “You don’t need to argue or be combative. In my mind, it was like playing ping-pong—just bouncing their energy back.”

Specifically addressing the discord with Dorit, Amanda clarified, “The notion that I somehow used my son’s memory on the anniversary of his death to deflect criticism is unfounded. There wasn’t any ‘hot seat’ to escape. I didn’t speak ill of Dorit at all.”

Then, speaking of Dorit specifically, she added, “The idea that I weaponized my son on the anniversary or weaponized his death or whatever to get out of the hot seat — there was no hot seat. I hadn’t talked bad about Dorit.”

“That’s the only one that is like, ‘Really? You can really believe that about a mom?’ That one kinda gets me,” Amanda admitted.

As for Boz comparing her company to a “cult,” Amanda expressed frustration in her co-star’s inability to grasp her explanation for its mantra.

“It felt like, okay, so you’re gonna say there’s something wrong with my business, but then I explain the business, I explain the happy clients, and you can’t really argue with that anymore, so now you’re gonna say it’s a cult. It just felt like a you-can’t-win moment,” Amanda noted. “[It] hurt my feelings, because that’s the idea that I would control people, that’s the idea that I would somehow like take away their free will… I do the opposite. I help women think for themselves, get out of any situation that they’re in that’s controlling them and holding them back.”

Although Amanda was irked by the “cult” claim for “a minute,” she ultimately decided to lean in.

“I just have to be like, ‘Welcome to my cult. Here’s what we do over here. Here’s how it works. Here’s how happy we are in my cult,’” she joked.

Regarding whether or not she and Boz could move forward, Amanda had hope.

“I honestly really believe that it should be fairly easy for her and I to get along. We had off-camera moments where we got along very well. We had on-camera moments where I thought we understood each other very well… But, like, I don’t think there’s any inherent reason to have, like, beef. I personally don’t,” she stated.

With season 16 coming soon, Amanda confirmed that while she was loosely aware of when filming was set to start, she hadn’t been “formally asked back yet.”

“I think there’s a good chance they’re going to, but then I have to decide, ‘Do I want to do that again?’ You’ve gotta understand, it’s like three months of filming, but then it’s like six months of interviews, and then the show starts coming out and it’s media. I was cast this time last year — that means it did take one year of my life,” she reasoned. “It did take a full year, and it was a lot of the year. And I was still obviously running my business, doing my thing, but during the filming chunk of the year, it actually takes up a lot of psychological space doing the show.”

“I wasn’t having, like, creative business ideas. I wasn’t thinking about the next launch. I wasn’t in the space to create and do what I think I’m here to do, you know? The show took a lot,” she continued. “But then again, you have all these new people reading my book, checking out my courses, and that feels very meaningful.”

As for her courthouse wedding to husband Eddie, Amanda described it as “beautiful.”

“It was beautiful because it was he and I and the kids. At the end of the day, I had that. I had the moment of saying, ‘I do’ and the ‘For richer or richer’ and him rolling his eyes at me and the us being us and the kids being there. I had that, and that’s done, and we’ll always have that. You know, because our wedding weekend coming up is gonna be busy. It’s gonna be like five events over four days. It’s gonna be busy, but now we have this.”

Amanda then shared who from the RHOBH cast would be invited.

“I can tell you [Kyle Richards], [Kathy Hilton], and [Jennifer Tilly] got save-the-dates. I can tell you that,” she teased.
