There’s an undeniable fan favorite on this season of Dancing With The Stars, and you may recognize him from elsewhere. This season, wilderness expert Robert Irwin is competing on the reality TV show with partner Witney Carson, and the two have proved an enthusiastic and promising duo thus far.
There’s another side of things that has garnered fans’ attention as well—that is, many viewers have expressed how cute they find Robert to be. Given all the attention her partner has received, now Witney is weighing in on what reality TV show might be a fit for him next.
Witney Pitched Robert As The Next Bachelor
It seems that Robert’s appearance on DWTS has only served to make him even more of a heartthrob. He joked that his partner Witney had been helping him sift through the insane amount of DMs he received from women expressing an interest in him.
Witney herself said that she was also receiving DMs from women who wanted to go out with Robert—so many that she was “flooded” with them. In a post on her Instagram story, Witney wrote that she was trying to sift through all the messages, but that Robert may just need to go on a dating show at this point:
If I could line you all up with Robert, I would because you’re all 10/10 perfect cuties. We are currently dancing our lives away so we are unable to respond. Robert for The Bachelor?! Idk this is too stressful for me to handle lol!
Robert has previously hinted about the type of woman he’s looking for. He divulged that he was interested in finding an “American girl” who would show him the ropes, and that Witney had thus far been very helpful in the search. As of this article’s writing, the 21-year-old wilderness expert is still single.
Witney went on to tease Robert about what the application process for his future girlfriend would be like, noting that she would also be involving his older sister:
Well, you have to go through a screening process, so submit your applications through my DMs, and then I will forward them to Bindi, and then—then we will see about the American tourist.
Robert And Witney Have Been Crushing The Competition
So far, Witney and Robert have been the ones to beat on this season of Dancing With The Stars. In their first performance, they danced a lively jive to “Born to Be Wild,” earning a high score of 15 out of 20 and tying for first place on the leaderboard. Despite having no formal dance training, Robert’s energy, enthusiasm, and stage presence stood out to the judges, and they praised him for his debut performance.
More recently, in Week 2, the dup followed up with a tango to “Move Your Feet.” This time they focused on showcasing a more controlled, polished side of Robert’s dancing. The pair scored 22 out of 30 this time, once again landing them near the top of the pack. Judges commended Robert’s charisma, precision, and the way he committed to each movement. All in all, Robert and Witney are clearly the early front-runners of their season. Only time will tell if they’ll be able to make it all the way to the mirrorball trophy, winning just as his older sister Bindi did before him.
