This is the horrifying moment a homeless robber follows a 73-year-old grandmother and her young granddaughter into their home and violently throws them into the street in an attack that has shocked France.
The elderly woman and the seven-year-old were savagely assaulted outside their front door, with the man sneaking in and jamming his leg in the door to stop it from closing and then hurling them to the floor.
Once they are on the ground, he appears to fleece them before yanking the girl aggressively to her feet.
She can then be seen running back to her terrified grandmother, with the family dog then appearing at the door.
The incident took place yesterday at around 5:30 pm at Place de l’Europe, in the heart of Bordeaux.


After the elderly woman and her entered the home, the man sneaked in and jammed his leg in the door to stop it from closing and then violently hurled them both out on to the street.Â
The suspect was finally arrested a few hours later by the crews of the anti-crime brigade.
According to a source familiar with the case at CNEWS, the individual arrested is a homeless Frenchman born in 1993, with around twenty offenses to his credit.
On June 8, an attacker, Abdelmasih Hanoun, 31, clinched onto a necklace with a crucifix on it before he launched his ‘abominable’ rampage in a lakeside park in the town of Annecy, a tourist hotspot in southeastern France, at around 9.45am.
A total of six people – four young children and two adults – were rushed to hospital after being hurt in the rampage.

Henri d’Ansleme, 24, told journalists he was undertaking a walking tour of France’s cathedrals when he came across a playground in Annecy and saw the man attack children in a stroller as their mother desperately tried to shield them.
Video footage shows him trying to block the assailant with one of his two backpacks, pursuing the man into the playground and throwing one of his bags at the attacker.Â
Dubbed ‘the backpack hero’ (le héros au sac a dos) by media, the management and philosophy student suggested it was God’s will he was there to intervene.Â
