Carleigh Frilles is a skilled footballer from the United States of America. She plays for VCU Rams mainly as a midfielder. As of now, Frilles wears jersey number 23 in her current team.

In the 2020-21 season, Frilles was a prominent part of the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers team. She appeared in 32 games and scored two goals.

Later in 2023, Frilles returned to VCU Rams. In 2016, she was called up to represent the Philippines U14 squad in the AFC U14 Girls Regional Championship 2016 organized in Vientiane, Laos.

In the respective tournament, the Philippines team finished in the second position. Her senior debut for the team came at the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup.
