Brielle Biermann is shifting towards a more natural appearance. The Don’t Be Tardy alum recently opted to dissolve her under-eye filler, which she had gotten about a decade ago on an episode of E!’s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind.

Brielle unveiled her updated, filler-free look alongside her mother, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who appeared on the show to undo an arm-contouring procedure. Following the reveal, Brielle expressed her genuine thoughts about her transformed appearance.

“My skin is tighter,” the RHOA daughter shared in a confessional. “I feel more youthful, more beautiful, more confident than ever before.”

Brielle’s choice to remove her filler wasn’t taken lightly. The show’s plastic surgeon and The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Dr. Terry Dubrow, cautioned her about the potential hazards involved with reversing the procedure.

“I was definitely scared to reverse my under-eye filler,” Brielle confessed during the episode. “I saw the photo that Dr. Dubrow showed me that could potentially happen, and it ended up happening. It was really rough. I was beside myself because it looked horrible. I looked way older than I was.”

Brielle was able to restore her under eyes to their former glory after about 10 procedures. “I had to inject my own blood to produce collagen under my eyes two different times, a month apart. I had to do radio frequency lasers twice. I had to do micro needling, make it less puffy; dissolve more filler that I didn’t even know was there. It all just migrated,” she admitted in the episode. 

In the episode, Brielle added, “I hope nobody else gets under-eye filler. It’s so dangerous, and it’s not worth all the recovery I had to go through to get back to here.”

As mentioned earlier, Kim also made an appearance on the E! show and decided to reverse a contouring procedure that had made her arm skin saggy. She debuted her look during the same episode and had no regrets about reversing the procedure. 

“I am a brand-new Kim with brand new, 18-year-old-looking arms,” the mom of Next Gen NYC‘s Ariana Biermann exclaimed.

The post, shared on Feb. 25, celebrated Brielle’s 28th birthday and included many pictures of the dynamic duo. “Happy birthday to my baby [Brielle Biermann]. Where did these 28 years [go?] It seems like yesterday I just had you!! I’m so proud of the woman you have become Brielle,” she captioned the post. “[There] are no words to describe how much I love you and how grateful I am that we have the best friendship and mother/daughter relationship anyone could ever ask for.”

Brielle returned the love in the comments. “Thank you mom!! I am blessed to be your daughter!!” she wrote under the post.
