Hailing from Stoke-on-Trent, Sophie has lived in both London and Los Angeles. She now resides in Staffordshire with her husband, Brad Newlands, a musician and barber who plays in the classic rock band Bad Touch from Norfolk, England, and their dog, Duchess.
