Elon Musk was sued by ex, Grimes over parental privileges of their three kids.

As per court records got by Page Six on Tuesday, Grimes documented a “request to lay out parental relationship” on September 29 in California. The documenting demands the court to distinguish the lawful guardians of a kid when they are not hitched.

Musk and Grimes, whose genuine name is Claire Boucher, dated on and off from 2018. They formally split up in September 2021. There were no filings for kid backing or guardianship freedoms for the situation as of Monday.

Musk has been separated from multiple times and has 11 youngsters, including five from a past marriage: twins Griffin and Vivian and trios Damian, Saxon and Kai.

Who are X Æ A-Xii, Dim Sideræl and Techno Mechanicus?

X Æ A-Xii

The Tesla proprietor, 52, and vocalist, 35, invited their most memorable child, X Æ A-Xii, in May 2020. X was initially named X Æ A-12, yet “Æ” and “12” disregarded California regulation for not being important for the English letters in order, constraining his folks to change his name.

Dull Sideræl

In December 2021, they furtively invited girl Exa Dim Sideræl by means of proxy. Exa was given the nickname Y after their other kid being named X. In Spring, Grimes tweeted that her little girl goes by “Y now, or ‘Why?’ or just ‘?’” Notwithstanding, she conceded the “public authority will not perceive” the image.

Techno Mechanicus

No one realize that the pair subtly had a third kid, a kid named Techno Mechanicus, till the news was uncovered in writer Walter Isaacson’s “Elon Musk” biography. The pair tenderly call him Tau.
