Erik Newcomb is an E-Commerce Director and a contestant on The Great Australian Bake Off 2025. An avid surfer, Erik says baking puts him in “flow state”.
The Michigan native learnt to bake with his Polish grandmother as a child and loves classic flavours with spectacular decorations and enjoys piping, chocolate work, sculptural details and lots of colour!
After growing up in Michigan, USA, Erik moved to Australia 10 years ago and he now lives in Manly with his dog, Duke.
