Reportedly, he was just 42 years of age when the incident happened. Today, he would have reached 49 years old and probably would have been married.

Moreover, the landscaper had arrived in the United States in the early 2000s. Surprisingly, he was formerly married to another woman and had three children.
However, his girlfriend didn’t reveal anything about his ex-wife. According to Tampa Bay Times, she traveled across Central America with her future husband’s remains.
Most probably, she met his parents and kids which Gutierrez had planned to do so. Indeed, they arranged a proper funeral in his memory.

Hernan Gutierrez died of a Wood Chipper accident. His girlfriend believed he never deserved to die like that.
Reportedly, the Guatemalan was a hard worker who was always happy with his life. He used to work at Tree Techs Inc., of Pembroke Pines.
Like any normal day, he fed tree limbs and branches into the wood chipper. Suddenly, his entire body was pulled through the giant machine.
Even his girlfriend has no idea how he got into such a horrible situation. As per her prediction, he might have been exhausted or had accidentally fallen into the chipper.
