Justin Beresky is a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. He was appointed by then Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (Republican Party) to the Maricopa County Superior Court on January 3, 2018. He previously served as a Commissioner at the Superior Court in Maricopa County from 2012 – 2017.

Judge Beresky was an attorney at Beresky & Fish, P.C. from 2001 – 2012, where he practiced criminal defense law, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. He served as a Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office from 1999 – 2001. He started his legal career as an Associate at the Law Offices of H. Eldon Hanson in 1998.

Judge Beresky graduated from Grangeville High School in 1990. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from University of New Mexico in 1994. He earned his J.D. from University of Idaho College of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in May 1998 and the Maricopa County Bar Association in 2001.

Judge Beresky was a member of the City of Glendale Judicial Selection Advisory Board from 9/2014-2018 and the Arizona State Bar Professionalism Committee from 10/15-2017.
