Tom Phillips, an esteemed English business leader, now helms the Ladies European Tour (LET) as Chief Executive Officer. He stepped into the role on April 6, 2026, following the departure of Alexandra Armas in October 2025.

Before taking the helm at LET, Phillips served as the Director of the Middle East for the DP World Tour. In this position, he spearheaded the European Tour Group’s expansion throughout the Middle East, which now hosts six events on the DP World Tour. This includes three prestigious Rolex Series tournaments, alongside two HotelPlanner Tour events, with total prize money surpassing $35 million.

Phillips’s journey before joining the DP World Tour in 2019 was marked by nearly 15 years collaborating with Sir Nick Faldo, a six-time major champion, across London and Hong Kong. His tenure included a role as Chief Executive Officer for the Faldo Series, where he significantly grew the series to 40 tournaments in 30 countries, maintaining its status as a prominent gateway for budding junior and amateur golfers.

Subsequently, Phillips took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Hong Kong Golf Association, overseeing the Hong Kong Open and holding influential business development positions across Asia. His career highlights include managing tournaments for Mission Hills in China and forging strategic partnerships with renowned organizations such as FC Barcelona, the NBA, and the PGA of America.

Ladies European Tour CEO

The Ladies European Tour (LET) publicly welcomed Tom Phillips as their new Chief Executive Officer on January 8, 2026. LET Ltd. Board Chair Marta Figueras Dotti praised him: “Tom is a highly respected leader with deep international experience and a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth. His commercial expertise, collaborative approach, and passion for the game make him the right person to lead the LET as we continue to build momentum for our players and our Tour.”

Liz Moore, Chair of the LPGA-LET Joint Venture Board of Directors, added: “Tom brings a global perspective and a clear understanding of how to grow professional sport in a way that benefits athletes, partners and fans, and his appointment reflects the Tour’s long-term vision and the opportunity to further strengthen the women’s golf ecosystem worldwide.
