Davey Nipples (Loprinzi) is a former guitarist of the rock band Sweaty Nipples and the ex-boyfriend of Storm Large.

Recently, Storm Large got into America’s Got Talent through wildcard which was done for the very first time. However, her journey did not progress to the semi-finals. At the end of the quarterfinals, judges were allowed to choose one last semi-finalist.

The decision was either Large or UniCircle Flow. The judges chose to carry on with UniCircle Flow. Large sang the 80’s classic ‘Take On Me’ by A-ha in her wild card performance. However, the judges were not impressed which led to her getting excluded from the show.

As Large got on the radar, so did her ex-boyfriend Nipples.

Is Davey Nipples Dating Storm Large? 

As we said, Davey Nipples is the ex-boyfriend of Storm Large. So, they are not dating now.

 They used to date a decade ago. Their relationship ended in 2009. Their relationship lasted anywhere from 5-10 years. The couple also formed a band together called, Storm and the Balls.

Davey is now in a monogamous relationship with Laura Duyn. The couple will be celebrating their 11th anniversary this year. They are not married though.

Nipples and Large spent time touring and living together in their Los Angeles mansion as Large said to Oregon Live. Nipples was married to an anonymous girl before his relationship with Storm and Laura. He had a son, Case with his ex-wie.

Storm Large is also in a relationship with Danny Marr.

Dave Nipples is 50-55 years old. Considering his musical timeline which started in 1987, we can take a guess on his age.

Davey changed his last name temporarily and unofficially due to his band ‘Sweaty Nipples’ inspired by The Ramones. He now prefers his real name Dave LoPrinzi.

He started the band ‘Sweaty Nipples’ with 5 other band members. The band received success in the early-90s in the underground scene. They mostly played funk fused with metal. The band’s success even earned them a Wikipedia page.

Additionally, they were signed to Megaforce Record Label and released 3 albums and 2 EPs. However, the band disbanded in 1997. Nipples continued playing music in other acts.

Now, Davey is an industrial machinist and mechanic. He mostly fixes huge machines, cars and bikes.
