The case had been building up for a while now. The first allegations of child abuse against the couple surfaced in 2020 when their son came forward with the extra punishment he received.
Their son spent seven months sleeping in a beanbag for bullying his younger brother. However, the parents insisted it was a misunderstanding.
Kevin and his wife let viewers in their homes and posted the videos on their YouTube channels. Their socials and the channel have been deleted following their arrest.
The couple has six children: Shari, Chad, Abby, Julie, Russel, and Eve. They have been accused of abusing their child for a while now.

Reports suggest that Kevin and Ruby were arrested separately, Kevin from their home and Ruby at the residence of Jodi.
Is Kevin Franke In Jail?
Following his arrest, Kevin Franke was placed in jail by The Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Reddit users suggested that they were waiting for his mugshot.
Their mugshot has not been made public yet. But the two have been placed in jail. It was a coordinated arrest with 20+ officers on the scene. The paramedics checked their children and gave them the care they needed.

The planned arrest led to the arrest of Frankie and Ruby. It is unclear if they have been held in the same jail.
