Victoria Scott is a Scottish designer and a contestant on the 2025 series of Interior Design Masters. Having been raised in the countryside, Victoria’s interiors blend rural roots with boutique sophistication. She is known for her contemporary luxe interior design.
Victoria grew up on a working dairy farm surrounded by animals and driving tractors, and spent her summer holidays milking cows. She competed nationally in Young Farmers handicraft competitions and studied jewellery design and silversmithing. Her interest in interiors was sparked by her mother, who designed their family farmhouse using budget-friendly hacks and secondhand furniture.
Victoria is a project director with flexible workspace company CoVault. She has worked for CoVault since 2012, rising through the ranks to project director, but designing office spaces was never her original plan. She did a Modern Apprenticeship in dispensing ophthalmology and worked in an optician for two years before joining CoVault.

Family
Designer Victoria Scott is the oldest of four children, who grew up on the family’s dairy farm in the East Renfrewshire village of Neilston. She lives in Glasgow’s West End with her partner.

Victoria Scott, 32, is one of the designers of the 2025 series of Interior Design Masters, hosted by Alan Carr and judged by Michelle Ogundehin. The BBC show follows 10 aspiring designers as they take on a collection of two-day, £1500-budget challenges in a bid to win a contract with John Lewis to produce their own line of homewares.
Speaking about her main motivation in applying to be part of Interior Design Masters, Victoria told the BBC: “I’ve always had an artistic flair, or as my parents would say, I’ve always been the ‘arty farty’ one of the family. Having tried my hand at most arts and crafts over the years I have a passion for creating beautiful items. When I was afforded the opportunity to create beautiful spaces in both my own home, as well as commercial developments for the Asset Management company I work for, I feel like I found my true passion in Interior Design.”
On what viewers can we expect from the series, she said: “It’s a series of ups and downs and some ‘interesting’ quirks along the way. Series 6 definitely features one of the most unique settings for an interior design project showcased on IDM.”
