Shortly before the lethal attack, Anas shared:

“Breaking: There is intense, concentrated Israeli shelling with ‘fire belts’ reported in the eastern and southern zones of Gaza City.”

His farewell message, prepared in advance and released after his passing, reflected his lifelong commitment:

“I never once hesitated to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification… Do not forget Gaza.”
