Reports have surfaced that Love & Hip Hop‘s Moniece Slaughter attacked somebody at Cardi B’s birthday party and a judge has granted that person a restraining order.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, “Moniece went on the offensive at the event, trying to punch them before throwing a drink at them and striking others with the beverage.”
The victim, who remains anonymous, also said that Moniece “has been using her fame to harass them,” and says that she has been “smearing their name with false allegations.”
