Troy Baxter Jr.’s parents are Troy Baxter Sr. and Diana Simmons. 

He has two siblings, Shay and Iani. Shay is his older brother whereas Iani is the youngest.

He attended Oldsmar Christian High School and then joined Morgan State in 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Liberal Studies.

Troy has not revealed his partner yet. Infact, he has never shared about his relationships as most of the time he is occupied with games and training. Therefore, it is possible that he might be single for now.
