“My twin boys can sit anywhere but they always choose to sit on top of each other,” she noted. “It’s that twin bond, always touching.”
How Meghan King has been enjoying her summer with her three kids
On her Instagram feed, Meghan posted numerous photos capturing moments from her daily life. In this extensive photo collection, Meghan shared pictures of her children enjoying time by the pool, playing baseball, going grocery shopping, hanging out at the bowling alley, interacting with animals, and even traveling to New York City. Additionally, Meghan showcased images of her engaging in real estate transactions, traveling with her mother, and spending quality one-on-one time with her daughter, Aspen.
“I’ve been slanging houses and raising school-free kids at the same time; the proof is in the massive dump,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Meghan King shares a look at her relationship with her daughter, Aspen
Meghan’s bond with all three of her children, including her oldest daughter, Aspen, is so special. When Aspen turned 8 years old in November 2024, Meghan took to Instagram where she posted the sweetest tribute to her daughter, alongside a video of her sucking on an onion as a baby.
“Eight years ago I gave birth to the greatest joy I’ve ever known,” she wrote. “It was on that Thanksgiving that I learnt what it truly meant to be thankful, and I’ve been laughing and crying ever since. Aspen: graceful, strong, fearless, resilient, beautiful, and the happiest, smiliest angel princess of all things kind and girly and fun there is. You will know when she’s around, she’s a force of the highest vibration. God bestowed quite a blessing to us all.”
In January, Meghan took Aspen on a one-on-one vacation to go skiing in the mountains. But Meghan revealed, on Instagram, that she learned so much about herself and her daughter during this trip. “She’s 8, sometimes acts 16 and sometimes acts 2, and is constantly in a battle of war vs peace with her ‘annoying’ twin brothers,” Meghan wrote in the caption of the post.
“I knew Aspen needed this,” she added. “I knew we needed this. What I didn’t know is what it would reveal to me: I’m a damn good mom.”
Meghan King opens up about her twin sons
Meghan’s sons just turned 7 years old at the beginning of the month, and celebrated with their birthday party at a bowling alley. Meghan celebrated this on Instagram by sharing photos of how much all three children have grown over the years, and sharing a fun fact about their birth.
“Fun fact: Hayes was born about 45 mins before Hart,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “When Hayes arrived, I immediately named him ‘Hart.’ Then Hart arrived and I said, ‘This one is Hart.’ So I switched their names. They love the story about when they used to have each other’s names.”
Meghan King shares update on co-parenting with Jim Edmonds
Sharing custody with her her ex-husband isn’t always easy for Meghan. The real estate agent took to Instagram in July 2024, when her kids were spending time with their dad, and gave an honest look at her life as a co-parent.
“I love them so much my heart could explode,” she captioned a photo of her twin boys, hanging out on a boat. “I miss them and wish I could talk to them. Divorce sucks, even when you want it.”
Meghan previously spoke with Us Weekly in March 2024, where she gave an update on where her and Jim stand today in their co-parenting relationship. “Thing are good,” she said. “We’ve come a long way.”
“It’s been smoother sailing, but I think it’s also because they’re older too,” she added. “Life stages change situations. We still have ways to go, but I’m confident we’ll get there.”
