It’s time for the Housewives to check out of Bravo’s Love Hotel.
In the last episode of Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, Luann de Lesseps, Shannon Storms Beador from Real Housewives of Orange County, and Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby from The Real Housewives of Potomac were faced with a decision on how to leave paradise. They could either return home alone or depart from the hotel accompanied by one of the potential suitors they had met during their time there.
Throughout the series’ eight episodes, viewers witnessed Ashley, Luann, Shannon, and Gizelle forming connections with various men, leading to the elimination of some along the way. In the end, only Earl, Phill, James, Ralph, Wale, and Theo remained in the picture.
So, who did the women pick, and are they still dating? Keep reading to find out…
Luann and James are going the distance
Though Luann had men falling for her left and right, she decided to leave paradise with James, a 64-year-old entrepreneur with four kids.
Ashley had reservations about pursuing a relationship with James due to the distance between them, with him predominantly residing on the West Coast while she is based in New York City. However, James managed to win her over by the conclusion of their stay.
“What I love about James is he’s not controlling like the other men in my life. I think if I was still in my second marriage, I don’t think I ever would’ve done cabaret. You know, me traveling and doing what I love, that would not have gone over well,” she said of her decision. “But James is smart enough to know, if you love something, set it free.”
Fast forward months later, Luann and James are still going strong. James even told Bravo’s The Daily Dish that he spent her birthday with her in New York City.
Gizelle chooses between Phill and Theo
The RHOP cast member was drawn to Phill early on in her journey, but struggled to feel a strong connection with the laid-back Los Angeles man as the show progressed. So when Theo came along, Gizelle was open to the possibility of dating a younger man with a bit more hustle than Phill was offering.
This difference in attitudes is what ultimately led Gizelle to choose Theo over Phill. “You’re very much on chill mode. I’m still hustling, bustling, grinding, and doing Gizelle,” she explained when breaking the news to Phill.
As per usual, Phill kept his cool and took the breakup in stride. “Gizelle is always going to be Queen G, and I think we’ll be friends for life,” Phill said.
As for Gizelle’s relationship, she said in her confessional to “stay tuned” — though it was revealed in the finale that she and Theo’s romance quickly fizzled out after leaving Cabo. However, she and Phill remain in touch, with the end titles teasing that “she’s considering taking him and his Rolls-Royce for another spin.”

Shannon and Earl call it quits
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member hit it off with Earl the Pearl from day one. And while the duo had their struggles, Shannon said she wanted to see where their relationship could go.
“There’s a certain happiness, like I feel like my eyes light up when Earl and I are getting along,” she reflected. “I want to see if we can get to that place where that is our norm. I’m just not ready to give up yet.”
But after trying to do long-distance for a few months, Shannon and Earl realized the romance wasn’t going to work.
On the bright side, Shannon has a new friendship with Adam, a fellow USC alum.
Ashley picks Ralph over Wale
Ashley and Wale had strong chemistry from the moment they met, but the Real Housewives of Potomac cast member couldn’t see herself building a future with the Rhode Islander for multiple reasons. So, she went with Ralph instead.
“Coming into Love Hotel, I said that I wanted a healed man. A man who was in tune with himself and Ralph, he really is what I was seeking. I just see myself confiding in him,” she said.
But, months later, Ashley and Ralph’s romance is over, leaving room for Wale in the Ashley-verse, as Host Joel Kim Booster has dubbed her love life.
