KG and Selma reportedly tied the knot in 1977 in a private wedding ceremony. Not to mention, Selma is also a talented film singer in Malayalam cinema who remained active in the scene from 1974 to 1987.

Further, George sang in 40 films, and one of her most famous songs was Saradindu Malardeepa, which she sang for the 1979 film Ulkadal.

Being active in the entertainment line for a long time, Geroge even won some awards, including the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi Award.

In some interviews, Geroge talked about his early life, saying he was born into a financially backward family. He would travel from Thiruvalla to Ernakulam just to watch films.
