Lisa Kaulig received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a graduate degree in marriage and family counseling at the University of Akron.

Lisa was a cheerleader during her undergraduate years. Later she became the head coach of the dance team during her graduate studies. 

She then worked as a home-based therapist for Child Guidance and Family Solutions after graduation.

Likewise, she was also involved for seven years as a home-based therapist for Child Guidance and Family Solutions, where she was swiftly promoted to supervisor and administrator of their partial hospitalization program and on-site school-based program.
