Also, she attested how the baby daughter of Yesjulz and Duke Riley was in a struggling phase since River was born with gastroschisis.

Gastroschisis is a congenital anomaly where a baby’s intestines extend outside of the body through an opening in the abdominal wall, typically located near the navel.
Riley mentioned that typically, when people are diagnosed with gastroschisis, they are aware of it before the birth, and some doctors offer the option to terminate the pregnancy.
However, Riley and their partner chose not to do so.
River spent her first month in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and then she was discharged from the hospital.
The new parents had trouble getting her into a sleep routine previously.
Despite the difficulties, Riley found inspiration in River’s resilience during her first two months of life.
