Here is everything you need to know.

Doodie Lo wins $11M defamation lawsuit against FTN Bae

FTN Bae, whose real name is Britney Alexis Elder, was taken into custody on 28th February and is charged with perjury.

Moreover, it came after her appearance in a United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida.

In addition, Elder is ordered to pay damages totaling around $11 million. These include $1 million for defamation and punitive damages while $4 million is compensatory. Furthermore, another $5 million should be paid considering two separate counts of interference.

Meanwhile, Doodie Lo, whose real name is David Saulsberry, took to his Instagram account to celebrate his win in the courtroom.

He outlined the post with a caption that read, ‘This Was A Long Stressful Milestone In My Life Throughout The Trials And Tribulations. I Stood Tall After All The Lies And Backlash !!’

Saulsberry continued, ‘Special S/O To @/arielesq305 My Attorney Was Up Sleepless Nights Answering The Phone any time Of The Night. I Love My Team.’

Elder claimed in October 2021 that Saulsberry had sexually assaulted her then-five-year-old son.

Besides that, she also uploaded audio on her social media handle where her son can seemingly be heard crying. He also details the alleged abuse while pinpointing Saulsberry as the abuser.

Doodie Lo talked to Hollywood Unlocked In an exclusive E-Mail Q&A following his win. He went ahead to echo his Instagram caption during the interview.

Subsequently, the interviewer asked him about his thoughts since the case has now been concluded.

He replied, ‘I just wanted justice and awareness to the pain that me and my family endured during this trial. Being innocent and falsely accused for something so evil traumatized me for so long.’

Doodie Lo also opened up about his future endeavors after he won around $11 million in the defamation lawsuit.

The Chicago rapper explained, ‘We’re just focused on spreading awareness. It’s unfortunate I had to be used for this.’

He added, ‘But I’m going to make sure I do my diligence to be a voice for the innocent and get back to what’s important to me which is taking care of my family and the career that supports them.’
