Faith passed away on Wednesday night, September 28, 2022. Earlier, Faith Rempe put her TV news career on hold to stay home and raise her boys, however, in October of 2021 she was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer; Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) diagnosis, just 1 month after giving birth to her second son.
According to Faith’s GoFundMe page, her disease had been considered high risk to turn into acute myeloid leukemia, so she was immediately started on chemotherapy treatments. However, chemo was only a short term solution, and doctors said a life saving bone marrow transplant was the only way to try to cure her cancer.
Faith has had a longer than expected hospital stay post-transplant, dealing with complications including liver and GI Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD). One of her medications also caused her to have a seizure and spend several days in the ICU.

Faith survive by her loving husband Kurt Rempe and their 2 little boys, Faith was diagnosed just one month after giving birth to her second son. Both Faith and Kurt worked at Fox 5.
