Harbour, 46, jokingly remarked, “I’m pretty adept at putting on weight; it’s my favorite thing to do.”

He did acknowledge, however, that “it’s extremely s-tty to take it off, though.”

His role as Jim Hopper in “Stranger Things,” in which Season 3 left viewers fearing that his character was dead, contributed to the weight reduction.
