Karyn and Richard Hollins are the kind parents of Raiders wide receiver Mack Hollins. He is one of the most well-known football players in the world.
The football player, who is 6 feet and 1 inch tall, signed with the Las Vegas Raiders on March 17, 2022. Alex Kay of Bleacher Report called him the team’s hidden gem for 2022.
He used to play for the Miami Dolphins. On December 4, 2019, the team picked him up after he was put on waivers. In Week 11 of the last season, he had his best game. He caught two passes for 72 yards and a touchdown.
In the fourth quarter of the Dolphins’ Week 9 game against the Arizona Cardinals in 2020, he caught a touchdown pass from 11 yards away that went over his opponent’s head. This gave the Dolphins their fourth straight win.

Before he went to North Carolina as a walk-on, Mack didn’t get any scholarships. Before the 2017 Eagles season, his dad told him that he had to compete for a spot on the team’s roster if he wanted to play in the NFL.
His family traveled from their home in Rockville, Maryland, to help Mack move into his new townhouse and see him play basketball.
As Richard watched his son’s new team warm up, he said, “I’ve always liked the Ravens and Steelers.”
Mack first played football when he was seven years old. His father says that his high school years were both good and bad.
He said that Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School’s sports teams were bad, even though the school did well in the classroom.
Just a few minutes of talking to his father made it clear that he lacked the drive, persistence, and humility to get past that problem.
It’s clear that the older Hollins taught his sons to be respectful and religious.
Mack and his mother, Karyn, have a close relationship
Karyn Hollins is happy for her son’s success in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles picked Hollins in the 2017 NFL Draft, which was the start of his professional career.
When Mack was playing in the 2017 Super Bowl for the Philadelphia Eagles against the New England Patriots, her mother was excited about the game. Outside the Willows Clubhouse, his family and neighbors got together to show their support.
While “Fly Like an Eagle” by the Steve Miller Band played, balloons in the colors of Team USA and the Eagles (green and white) danced in the wind.

She said that if you work hard, you can do anything. The crowd applauded and cheered.

Brian and Andrew Hollins are Mack Hollins’ brothers and sisters
NFL player Hollins and his siblings had a great childhood. He grew up in Rockville with his two brothers, Brian and Andrew Hollins.
Andrew is Mack’s younger brother. On March 29, 2014, he got his degree from Columbia University. The NFL player posts the news on Instagram and tells his brother how happy he is for him.
The 4th of February 2018 was a big day for Eagles fans all over the world, but it was even bigger for Andrew.
Andrew, Mack’s brother, was in the Marine Corps at Quantico Station in Virginia at the time. But he was determined to be at Super Bowl LII between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots in Minneapolis.

Going to college
Hollins was named captain of the special teams as a freshman in 2013. He played in all 13 games that season. He was a reserve wide receiver and played on most of the special teams. He had nine tackles by the end of the regular season and picked up a fumble against Duke.
In 2014, when Hollins was a sophomore, he finished with 35 catches for 613 yards, which was the most on his team. He also had the most receiving touchdowns on his team with eight. He was one of Carolina’s best players on special teams and also made seven tackles and got back an onside kick. Receiver of the Week in the ACC because he caught two passes against Virginia for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Both touchdowns were over 50 yards long (57 and 63), making Hollins the first Tar Heel since Hakeem Nicks in 2008 to catch two touchdown passes of 50 yards or more. In the win over San Diego State University, he caught a touchdown pass that went for 91 yards. The 91-yard scoring play with QB Marquise Williams was the longest play by UNC at Kenan Stadium and the third-longest play in school history.
As a junior in 2015, Hollins averaged 24.8 yards per catch, which was the most of any NCAA major college player. All 13 games he played in, he caught at least one pass, and he scored in seven of them, including five of UNC’s six wins. Receiver of the Week for the second time after catching five passes for 165 yards and a touchdown of 74 yards in the win over Duke. When he scored three touchdowns against Wake Forest, he was the first Tar Heel player to do so since 2011. In the win over Delaware, he caught three passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns. This earned him the ACC Receiver of the Week award for the first time this season.
