On September 29, 2023, interior design student Noelia Voigt Briceo was named Miss USA. On November 18, 2023, she will go on to represent the United States at the Miss Universe competition.
She defeated the Miss Hawaii USA runner-up Savannah Gankiewicz and the Miss Wisconsin USA second runner-up Alexis Loomans. After winning the pageant, Morgan Romano, Miss USA 2022, gave Voigt the crown.

The age of Noelia Voigt is 23. She is a native of Park City, Utah, in the US.
The title of Miss Utah USA has never been bestowed upon a woman from Venezuela. Her father Jack Voigt is an American professional baseball player, while her mother Jacqueline Briceo is a Zulia-born Venezuelan.
She studied online at the Florida Virtual School while attending Pine View School in Osprey, Florida.
She enrolled at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in May 2021 to start working on a bachelor’s degree in interior design.
She competed against 45 other contestants on October 2, 2016 as Miss Florida Teen USA 2017, representing Sarasota. Victoria DiSorbo’s winner, who came in fourth, was her.
She represented Bradenton on December 17, 2017, at Miss Florida Teen USA 2018. She came in second place behind Lou Schieffelin.
She was crowned Miss Teen Florida United States 2018 on April 15 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
She started working as a trained lash specialist and licensed esthetician at Birmingham’s Iron City Lash Bar on August 25, 2019.
She won Miss Collegiate Alabama 2020 in January 2020.
She began her reign as Miss Connecticut Collegiate America 2021 in November 2020.
Her anti-bullying book “Maddie the BRAVE” was released on September 6, 2021 by Higher Level Solutions Publishing. It was based on the life of Birmingham student Madison Whittsett, who took her own life at the age of nine in 2018 after being tormented relentlessly in school.
She competed against 33 other contestants on January 15, 2022, in the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center of Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, as Miss Alabama USA 2022, representing Camelia. She came in second place behind Katelyn Vinson.
She competed against 37 other contestants on January 28, 2023, in the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center of Auburn University as Miss Alabama USA 2023 on behalf of Greystone. She came in second place to Sophie Burzynski.
She competed against 19 other contestants on July 8, 2023, in the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, as Miss Utah USA 2023, representing Park City. She was crowned.
