She didn’t believe in fad diets, but she did follow the principles of Weight Watchers and Slimming World, namely, eating fewer portions and making it a habit.

Chapman worked on her hips, thighs, arms, back, and bust for 40 minutes on the machines and half an hour of aerobic work, including running, speed-walking, steps, and rowing.

Nicki was able to get such effective results from her weight loss with the help of a personal trainer. She wanted to have a fit body, and she achieved that.
