Boruto Episode 274: A Quick Recap

The 274th episode of Boruto is titled, ‘A Flightless Hawk.’

The previous episode of Boruto started with Sarada learning from Sakura that the latter’s father and teammates are planning to embark on a journey. Furthermore, we learn that their current hawk is being retired and they are searching for another to replace him.

Meanwhile, the young Uchiha asks Sasuke if her village visits were approved by her mother. She responds in the affirmative saying that otherwise, her health would deteriorate.

In the meantime, Boruto and Sasuke are seen traveling in the Thunder Train in hopes to find the Thousand Mile Hawk, a legendary hawk that is believed to fly a thousand distances overnight.

Moreover, the two decided to get down from the bus after learning from other passengers that there had been a landslide earlier.

Boruto and Sasuke went on to meet and exchange words with a wolf who claimed himself to be the chief of security. They later arrive at an old building where the sign of the ‘Ornithological Research Institute’ hangs.

Suddenly, a mysterious man appears out of thin air and starts firing a crossbow at the duo. Moments later, the man is revealed to be Maruta, the one who knows the hidden lair of the Thousand Mile Hawk.
