It appears like Jason Kelce was asked to make a special cameo appearance for his brother Travis Kelce’s gig at Saturday Night Live this weekend.

Travis Kelce wants Jason Kelce to make a cameo for his SNL hosting gig

Travis Kelce is gearing up for his upcoming hosting gig at Saturday Night Live this weekend. 

Moreover, sources close to the production revealed to TMZ Sports that Kelce will have several familiar faces in the audience to support him for his big night.

Some of these faces include Kelce’s mother Donna Kelce and possibly his father, Ed. In addition, Kelce’s other relatives Don and Joan are also expected to be among the audience.

Meanwhile, the producers of the sketch comedy are hoping Kelce’s younger brother Jason Kelce might also join the family affair.

Additionally, they don’t just want Jason to sit in the crowd but get him in front of the camera at some point during the show.

However, Jason’s appearance on the show will most likely be a last-minute decision since he just welcomed his third child with his wife, Kylie Kelce.

The couple took to Instagram on 24th February to share the news about their daughter. Additionally, they revealed that they have named her Bennett Llewellyn Kelce.

Meanwhile, Kylie talked about Jason’s relationship with their children during an interview with PEOPLE magazine on 12th February.

She said, ‘I don’t think in his life Jason ever assumed that he would be the father of three daughters.’

Kylie continued, ‘It’s been amazing to see him sort of transformed from only having a brother, not having any first cousins, so really having like no experience with little girls’

Subsequently, she added, ‘And now, he is just absolutely head over heels in love with his daughters, and they feed that back to him tenfold.’

Travis Kelce’s debut on SNL was inevitable

According to reports, Travis Kelce’s appearance on SNL is possible because of Heidi Gardner. 

Subsequently, it was revealed that Gardner caught Kelce’s charisma during the Chiefs’ 2020 Super Bowl parade.

Kelce mentioned at that time, ‘I’m wearing about half the beers I been trying to drink, baby.’

Furthermore, he continued, ‘It’s been a long time comin’ because what did we do? We had to fight, for our right, to PA-RRRRRRRRTY!’

Long story short, Gardner saw that he could make an incredible host and has since been pitching him to the producers for two years.
