Mr. Scott’s attorney Bradford Cohen stated, “Mr. Scott was briefly detained due to a misunderstanding.” “We appreciate the police’s cooperation in bringing this matter to a quick and peaceful conclusion; there was definitely no physical altercation.”

According to a Miami Beach police arrest document, Scott was taken into custody after authorities were called to the Miami Beach Marina early on Thursday in response to a report of an unruly situation on a yacht. Someone had reported that there were fights on board the ship to dispatch.

According to officials, Scott was discovered “standing by the dock yelling at the vessel occupants.” He obeyed the police’s orders to sit down at first, but he later ignored them, according to officials.

According to police, the complainant told them he just wanted Scott off the ship and didn’t want to file any charges.

According to the affidavit, officers detected “a strong smell of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath.”

He eventually consented to leave the dock under threat of detention, but he left with a commotion, according to officials. According to the affidavit, Scott “walked backwards yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel” as he made his way to the boardwalk.

Five minutes after he left the marina, he returned, and police saw him making his way back toward the boat, according to the authorities.

According to the affidavit, Scott started yelling again after speaking with the sergeant he had spoken to earlier. He was described as “becoming erratic” and “disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby residential buildings causing a public disturbance.”

According to the affidavit, he was brought into custody about 1:17 a.m. Later on, Scott acknowledged that he had been consuming booze, adding, “This is Miami.”

Later on Thursday, he posted an altered picture of his mug shot to his Instagram story along with a pair of headphones and sunglasses.

Stormi, age six, and Aire, age two, are the children of former couple Scott and Kylie Jenner.

Eight days before his Circus Maximus European tour was scheduled to begin in the Netherlands, he was taken into custody.
