Mike Galvan is a student senior at a high school, and he is from a Huston. The student is likely to be looking for college prospects, but his one tragic mistake has derailed his prospects in life. 

Similarly, Mike’s choice of driving under the influence had led him behind bars as his Honda was traveling at high speed on Dos Reis Road when he failed to stop when the road ended. 

The car dived over the levee, and due to speed, it overturned and landed on its roof in the river, he was able to somehow survive the difficult situation, but the rest of his crew, including two 16-year-old girls and one 17-year-old girl, were not able to survive the crash. 

Mike Galvan is the suspected driver who might have been involved in the accident. Mike is the senior in the group, with only Aliya Lopez being of a similar age.

Likewise, in the celebration mood, the girls and Mike had consumed alcohol, which caused all the girls’ eventual crash and death except for Mike. 

Mike was arrested and taken to trial; his name has not been officially disclosed in the public record.

However, Galvan’s carelessness has caused the death of three young girls also their respective stupidity can also be held accountable for their deaths. Thus, they should have been aware of not being in the vehicle while in the influence of alcohol. 

Macie Ann Gines was killed in a tragic accident, and her friends Giselle Herrera, 16, and Aliya Lopez, 17. They were together with a 17-year-old who was suspected to be driving under the influence. 

It is an unfortunate tragedy as happened due to the mistake of an individual. Family members may be able to file a wrongful death claim to cover their loved one’s medical and funeral expenses.

Hence, due to drunk driving, many people lose their lives. According to the National Safety Council, automobile accidents are mostly caused by drivers who have consumed drugs, alcohol, or other medications.
