Ryan Kuehner is the man who claimed to be St Charles County police killed his neighbor’s dog with his pellet gun. Now, the Cottleville family is mourning the loss of their three-year-old dog.

When the dog owner, Eric Bacon, confronted the neighbor, he said that their dog, Apollo, was not on the leash. He even said that he was proud of it. 

The couple who lost their dog explained that they were working in their yard and when they turned back to find Apollo dead. He was wearing a collar and never even barked, and the pair left him unleashed because they were nearby.

Despite their efforts, they could not save their pet. They have contacted the police department, and the deputy was standing by at the shooter’s home following a complaint. 

Nevertheless, there have been no charges filed against him yet. But, a petition to remove the offender from his position has been signed by more than 4k people. They are almost reaching their goal of 5k signatures.
