GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Xiony Ellionet-Lebron Alvira, 18, was arrested last night and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child under 12 (capital felonies) and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 (a life felony).

The alleged incidents reportedly occurred last summer, when the child visited Alvira’s apartment in the Majestic Oaks apartment complex; at the time, Alvira was 18 and the victim was 8 years old. The victim reportedly told the Child Protection Team that Alvira twice forced him to perform oral sex and once put lotion on the child’s “private” and rubbed it.

The victim reported that Alvira ejaculated into his mouth the first time, which he described as “nasty,” but when he resisted the second time, Alvira allegedly said, “If you don’t do it, I’m gonna kill you.”

The child told investigators, “I was afraid Xiony was going to kill me… Every time I go to sleep, I’m afraid he’s going to come to my room and kill me.”

Post Miranda, Alvira reportedly denied at first that he knew the child but later changed his story and admitted that he knew him. He denied all of the allegations.

Judge Susan Miller-Jones set bail at $250,000, and a motion for pre-trial detention has been filed.
