An Amber Alert has been issued for a 15-month-old Texas boy, and police have issued a warrant for the arrest of the child’s uncle on kidnapping charges.

Mateo Vazquez was last seen Saturday afternoon in northwest Harris County, KTRK reported. He is believed to be with Jason Vazquez, 25, his uncle.

Another man, 21-year-old Joel Vazquez, has been charged with interference with child custody, according to court documents that do not describe his connection with either the missing boy or his uncle, KTRK reports.

Mateo was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants. He’s described as 2 feet tall aand about 25 pounds.

Jason Vazquez is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and was last known to be driving a dark gray 2016 GMC Sierra pickup truck with Texas tag number JZY5720, according to KRIV.
