Press release from High Springs Police Department

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at approximately 9:28 a.m., the High Springs Police Department responded to the parking lot of Winn Dixie (20303 NW US Hwy 441) to a
sexual offense involving exposure of sexual organs.

The victim, an adult female, was loading groceries in her vehicle and parked next to the suspect’s
vehicle. The offender solicited the victim to his vehicle, exposed his sexual organs to the victim, and
subsequently left the area.

Suspect Description:
Race/Sex: Black Male
Age 30-40 years old, chubby build
Hair: short black hair
Clothing: wearing a black T-shirt and dark shorts with orange-blue coloring.

Vehicle Description: Black Mazda sedan, partial tag of 631 or 613, unknown state.
