BOLO: Police Seek Tips on Missing Massachusetts Woman

Police in Massachusetts are asking the public for help in locating 21-year-old woman who was reported missing Friday.

Nora Orpin has been missing since Thursday, police said. She was last seen near an MBTA bus stop in Lexington, wearing a black T-shirt and black sweatpants.

Boston.com reports that police said Orpin, who has a history of suicide attempts, experiences “catatonic states” and may be unresponsive for hours.

Orpin stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds, and has red hair. She has scars on both wrists, a ghost tattoo on her right lower forearm, and the word “violet” tattooed on her right inner wrist, according to police.

Police said her phone was last pinged near 799 Concord Ave. in Cambridge, close to Fresh Pond.
