Authorities reportedly took several individuals into custody on Friday concerning the mysterious disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, an elderly Arizona resident.

FOX News Digital revealed that a SWAT team from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant, resulting in the detention of a man and a woman at a nearby residence.

In the early hours of Saturday, FBI agents impounded a gray Range Rover discovered a short distance from the 84-year-old’s Catalina Foothills home, parked at a Culver’s location. The New York Times reported that a man, who was later questioned, had been en route to the residence where others were previously detained.

According to Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, all three individuals were released without any charges, and no arrests have been made thus far.

As previously covered by CrimeOnline, Nancy Guthrie, the mother of “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie, was last observed on January 31 after dining at her daughter Annie Guthrie’s home.

They reported her missing the following day, after she failed to show up for church.

Meanwhile, FBI Director Kash Patel posted photos and videos of a potential armed subject on Tuesday.

The FBI said that the person of interest is a man of average build, about 5 feet, 9 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall. The new details came after FBI analysts conducted a “forensic analysis” of the doorbell footage.

Further, the FBI said the man, wearing a full face ski mask, was carrying an Ozark Trail Hiker Pack.

On Friday, the FBI confirmed that they found blood at Guthrie’s home that did not belong to her or loved ones.

The federal agency also announced a doubling of its reward offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved. That reward now stands at $100,000.
