Both remain in custody without the possibility of bail, as stated by WPBN.
Oxygen has reached out to Wexford County prosecutors for additional comment, but has not yet heard back.
Parks was 38 weeks pregnant when she was reported missing, according to the office’s initial posting. When her body was discovered Nov. 25 in Manistee National Forest, it was three days after she was due to give birth, per PEOPLE.
In the aftermath, Park’s fiancé, Richard Falor, was arrested Nov. 26 for multiple drug charges, according to MLive.com. That same day, her sister, Kimberly Park, was arrested over allegations surrounding evidence tampering, lying to a police officer and false report of a felony.
Cortney and Brad Bartholomew were initially scheduled to appear in court Dec. 1, before the prosecutor requested additional time to prepare their case.
“If there was ever a case where circumstances justify a delay of any type, it’s this case,” Wexford County prosecutor Johanna Carey said, per WPBN. “This is as serious as it gets. It’s as horrible as it gets.”
