According to a recent social media announcement by the department, the incidents involve a suspect on a bicycle engaging in groping, indecent exposure, and public masturbation. “These behaviors are unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” the post emphasized, underscoring the department’s unwavering commitment to community safety.
