That’s the question explored in Final Moments.The Oxygen True Crime show dives into shocking crimes, in an attempt to decipher the emotional truth of people before their deaths. Every episode is a new investigation that includes the last available social media posts, video footage, and photos of a victim and tries to answer: What were they thinking, and what was their final moment? 

Past episodes include:

  •  “Where’s Dad?”: After a night out in New York City with his new girlfriend, 56-year-old businessman Charles Butler simply vanishes. His panicked children desperately try to reach him, only to receive confounding texts in response. What happened to Charles Butler?
  • ” Death of an Influencer”: One hot summer day, 17 year-old social media star Alexis Murphy vanishes. Investigators discover that moments after she posted her final tweet, she was captured on surveillance footage at a local gas station. Will this footage lead them to Alexis?
  • “A Convenient Crime”: While 24-year-old Willard Grandstaff toils away at his convenience store job, he dreams of what the future holds. But, on September 27, 2004, his standard overnight shift will be his last.  Who killed Willard Grandstaff?
  • “She Never Showed”:  In 2013, college sophomore Alyssiah Wiley is spotted on surveillance footage leaving Eastern Connecticut University campus…then she disappears. Authorities follow a digital trail of clues – to unravel her Final Moments and find her.
