GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Emily Sarah Robinson, 22, has been sentenced to 15 years in state prison after her second conviction on child exploitation charges.

Robinson was first arrested in February 2022 and charged with seven felonies related to possession and transmission of child sexual abuse material. She entered a plea of nolo contendere to one count of possession of child pornography and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device and was sentenced to two years in state prison, followed by three years of sexual offender probation.

She was released in October 2023 and was arrested again in July 2024 and charged with sending explicit photos and videos of herself to an account that claimed to be 16 years old.

On September 3, she entered a plea of nolo contendere to three counts of electronic transmission of harmful material to minors and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device and also entered a plea of admission to violation of probation; she was sentenced to two consecutive five-year sentences on the 2022 charges, followed by four concurrent five-year sentences on the 2024 charges, for a total of 15 years.
