Kyle Cooke has recently opened up about his estranged wife, Amanda Batula, in light of her new relationship with West Wilson, which they had kept under wraps until their recent public announcement. This revelation, shared by the Summer House couple on Instagram, had been a topic of speculation among fans for weeks.

In a candid conversation with Adam Glyn, shared via TikTok, Kyle, 43, expressed his concerns for Amanda, 34. He admitted to worrying about her well-being amidst the public scrutiny and cyberbullying she has faced since the announcement. “I’m good. I appreciate people checking in. I’m actually really worried about Amanda, if I’m being honest,” Kyle shared, adding that he had spoken to her both before and after the announcement. “She gave me a heads-up, and I talked to her last night. I understand people have all sorts of opinions, and I’m not justifying any behavior, but, like, from what I’m seeing, she’s kind of getting cyberbullied.”
Kyle also threw shade at West, 31, suggesting that he has a reputation for dating multiple women simultaneously. He found it perplexing that while Amanda faced criticism, West seemed to receive a more lenient reaction from fans.
Meanwhile, questions arose about whether Kyle had reached out to Ciara Miller, 30, and Jesse Solomon, 32, regarding the situation. However, Jesse has reportedly denied having prior knowledge about Amanda and West’s relationship.
According to Kyle, West seems to be the “kind of guy [who plays] multiple women at the same time,” so he finds it odd that fans have chosen to go easy on him — all while “lighting up Amanda.”
“I just feel bad. Amanda knows that what she did was wrong, and she’s trying to come to terms with it, but she is not well,” he explained. “Amanda deals with mental health issues. Before cyberbullying her and then giving West a follow, maybe think twice.”
Although Kyle revealed that he was “obviously frustrated” and “disappointed” by the situation, he doesn’t want to see his former spouse getting bullied.
“Hearing her and hearing how unwell she is, [with] dark thoughts, I just ask people to just, you know, maybe let off the gas a little bit with the cyberbullying and the hate,” he suggested.
Looking back at the rumors, which began just weeks after his and Amanda’s marriage reached its end, Kyle said he tried to give everybody the “benefit of the doubt.”
“I don’t understand the timeline just yet. It definitely makes me second-guess a lot of things last summer, just at a minimum, just how checked out she was, and my own unsuccessful ways, I was still trying to put an effort in. It’s a mental mind-f*ck for me, just because there’s still so much that we’re watching from the summer,” he shared. “Looking back, there’s a lot of us that look at his body language and how touchy and handsy he is with her, and I kind of just gave him a little bit of a hall pass. ‘Oh, it’s West.’”
“We’re still trying to figure all this out. I’m still trying to figure out the details, but I know, I can imagine West is using the same charm that he’s used on just about every other chick,” he added.
Then, after revealing that West “sent some half-a**ed text messages” to him amid the reveal of his relationship with Amanda, Kyle confirmed he was in touch with Ciara.
“Ciara and I have been in touch this whole week,” he noted.

Elsewhere, after it was suggested that Jesse may have kept Amanda and West’s relationship a secret for his friend, much like Tom Schwartz, 43, did for Tom Sandoval, 43, when he began cheating on Ariana Madix, 40, with their Vanderpump Rules castmate and friend, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 31, Jesse set the record straight.
“I heard the rumors, but they were denied to me multiple times,” he insisted.
