GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying four young women involved in a shoplifting case at the Walmart located in northwest Gainesville on November 9.

According to authorities, on Sunday, November 9, four young women entered the Walmart at 5700 NW 23rd Street. Surveillance footage shows them wearing blankets and bonnets as they concealed and stole merchandise valued at approximately $55.

The police department urges anyone with information about these individuals or their location to reach out to Officer Porta at 352-213-6177 or via email at portacc@cityofgainesville.org.
