Authorities in California are delving into fresh claims of sexual misconduct involving fallen rap icon Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has announced the receipt of a new report last Friday, originating from the Largo Police Department in Florida, as detailed by ABC News.
A representative from the Florida department confirmed their assistance to California authorities in this matter, although they are not conducting an independent investigation.
According to ABC, the report was initially filed in September by a man alleging that Combs assaulted him sexually in 2020. While the victim’s name remains undisclosed in the official report, music producer Jonathan Hay identified himself in subsequently deleted social media posts as the individual who reported the incident.
Hay further claimed to be among the John Does who initiated a civil lawsuit against Combs earlier this year.
The report details two incidents, which took place in February 2020 and March 2021. In the first, Combs allegedly masturbated in front of Hay and then asked the producer to “finish him off.” Hay said he didn’t respond and Combs tossed a semen-stained shirt at him.
In the second incident, Hay said that CJ Wallace — son of late wrapper Notorious B.I.G., aka Christopher Wallace — and others set him up “to be sexually assaulted by Combs at Wallace’s house,” PEOPLE magazine reported.
ABC reported that Combs forced his penis into Hay’s mouth multiple times.
Hay said he was collaborating with Wallace on a project at the time, leading to his introduction to Combs.
Wallace filed a counterclaim against Hay last week, denying what he called “wildly false defamatory allegations.” He called them a “calculated smear campaign” aimed at damaging his reputation and demanded a jury trial.
Combs is currently serving 50 months in prison after his conviction in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
