Mickey Mouse Performer Collin Klaco Arrested in Alleged Child-Sex Sting Involving 13-Year-Old

A former Mickey Mouse impersonator has been arrested in an undercover child-sex investigation.

Collin Klaco was taken into custody during a sting operation targeting suspected child predators.

“He had the high, squeaky voice, too,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a falsetto voice at a news conference. “He may be the sickest, nastiest person we’ve ever arrested.”

“He wanted to wear diapers,” Judd added while holding several diapers. “He wanted to put diapers on the children.”

“I want to point out that he was no longer employed by Disney when this happened,” Judd said. “But he was very proud to tell us that he had once been a Mickey Mouse character.”

Although the 24-year-old was released on bond, a pretrial release order obtained by Oxygen prohibits him from contacting children or entering schools, childcare facilities, parks, playgrounds and libraries.

Klaco has not entered a plea. His attorney did not immediately respond to Oxygen’s request for comment.

The operation was part of a seven-day undercover effort called “Polk Around and Find Out 2.” Investigators said it led to 281 arrests, including 31 involving alleged child-sex predators. Seventeen suspects reportedly told investigators they worked at theme parks or resorts.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Oxygen, Klaco allegedly used the social networking site Sniffies to communicate with an undercover detective posing as the father of a 13-year-old boy.

In chat transcripts included in the affidavit, Klaco allegedly said he was interested in “wetting accidents, sex, blowjobs, hand jobs, diaper changing time sex, potty training time blowjobs, getting bred, being diapered up, and being diaper changed.”

Klaco also allegedly wrote, “I’m also into public play, restroom play, water sports…. diaper play.”

The messages then turned to plans for Klaco to meet the supposed father and the fictitious boy for “potty training time” in a public family restroom or a boys’ bathroom stall.

After they agreed to meet at a home, Klaco allegedly asked, “How many packs of wipes should I bring with me then? And how many pull-ups and size 6-8 baby diapers and boy undies too?”

When he arrived, Klaco was arrested and charged with traveling to meet a minor, using a computer to solicit a guardian, using a two-way communication device to commit a felony, and attempted lewd or lascivious battery on a minor.

According to the affidavit, Klaco admitted sending sexually explicit photos and messages to the undercover detective. He maintained, however, that he had driven to the home only to deliver diapers as a “peace offering” and intended to notify law enforcement.

Klaco—who allegedly had diapers and wipes in his backpack—denied wanting sexual contact with the 13-year-old but said he might have had sex with the decoy, according to the affidavit.

His next appearance in Polk County Circuit Court is scheduled for December 1.
