A Milwaukee real estate agent recently faced charges of sexual assault and human trafficking, and a defense attorney named Christin Saint Pierre allegedly assisted him, according to the complaint filed with local police.

As reported by 12 News, Pierre is accused of locking away the women’s birth certificates and social security cards. Currently, she has not been charged with any crime.

Austin Paire Chronister, 38, appeared in court on Friday, where he faced charges of human trafficking, false imprisonment, and two counts of second-degree sexual assault with domestic abuse assessments, as detailed by the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal.

The charges stemmed from accusations made by two female victims who reported experiencing sexual and physical abuse while living in Chronister’s home. According to the complaint, the women were required to sign a contract that included rules such as obedience, “sex upon demand,” and wearing a collar as a reminder that they were being “evaluated for service,” according to 12 News.

One woman stated in her complaint that Chronister physically abused her if she failed to complete chores or disobeyed him, and she felt unable to refuse sex. Another victim described being beaten to the point of unconsciousness when she attempted to leave, only to wake up and find Chronister sexually assaulting her.

Local 12 reported that one victim recounted instances where Chronister would “hit, choke, trip, kick her,” and made threats to inject her with harmful substances. Another victim noted that all the women had the same “slave tattoo” and “slave numbers.”

The complaint described Chronister’s basement as a sex dungeon and indicated that he frequently hosted BDSM parties at his home, according to Fox 6.

According to 12 News, court documents reveal that the house was referred to as House Saint Pierre, where the alleged abuse occurred. Women living there were reportedly asked to change their last names to Saint Pierre, one victim told investigators.

Chronister is scheduled to return to court next week, with his bond set at $75,000.
