On December 3, authorities in Sebastian County, Arkansas, received a call to perform a welfare check on Charity Beallis at a family estate in Bonanza.
After failing to get a response from within the residence, law enforcement officers, accompanied by two workers, entered the property. Inside, they discovered the lifeless bodies of Charity Beallis and her two children.
All three victims appeared to have sustained gunshot wounds. Their remains were subsequently transported to the Arkansas Crime Lab in Little Rock for autopsy examinations to determine the cause of death.
The tragic deaths of Charity Beallis and her twins occurred just one day following her attendance at a final divorce proceeding with her former husband, Dr. Randal Beallis.
Charity and Randal Beallis were married in 2015 and welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, in 2019. Charity had filed for divorce, seeking full custody of their children along with a protective order.
In the final divorce hearing, Dr. Randy Beallis is awarded joint custody of the children.
10 years of marriage ends with Randy Beallis charged with aggravated assault on a family member, third-degree domestic battery, and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Randy Beallis stands accused of causing physical harm to his wife and mother of his children by choking her.
Beallis is carted off to jail, while Charity Beallis makes plans to file for divorce. No charges have been filed, and Dr. Beallis is innocent until proven guilty.
