Paramedic Sentenced for Masturbating Into Workplace Coffee Creamer

A former Maryland paramedic accused of masturbating and urinating on county employees’ food and workplace equipment told the court, “I wanted to be some sort of porn star.”

Christopher M. Carroll was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to three misdemeanor counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluids, according to Baltimore County court records. Carroll’s attorney did not immediately respond to Oxygen’s request for comment.

The disturbing allegations were detailed during court proceedings.

“I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been involved,” Carroll said during his Oct. 13 sentencing hearing, according to The Baltimore Banner. “I’m absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt.”

Judge Dennis M. Robinson Jr. described Carroll’s conduct as “perverted, repulsive, and disgusting,” the outlet reported.

“This case begs the question,” the judge said. “Who does things like this?”

Authorities learned of Carroll’s alleged actions on Nov. 30, 2025, after a fire department supervisor contacted police about posts on the X account “TattedVersDaddy.” The posts suggested Carroll had exposed employees to his bodily fluids, according to a statement of facts reviewed by Oxygen.

The account featured video previews directing users to Carroll’s subscription page on JustFor.Fans.

Several videos appeared to have been recorded inside fire and public safety facilities and showed Carroll in uniform while performing sexual acts.

In one video, Carroll urinated into a large ice machine, wiped his penis on an ice scoop and used the scoop to stir the urine into the ice before giving the camera a thumbs-up.

“They always say, don’t drink the yellow snow,” Carroll wrote in the caption. “But I’m just trying to make a slushy!!”

In another recording, Carroll masturbated and ejaculated into a container of “Sweet and Creamy” coffee creamer on an employee’s desk before placing the container in a shared refrigerator.

A separate video showed a man ejaculating onto an employee’s computer keyboard. In December 2025, Baltimore County detectives seized Carroll’s phone and other electronic devices. They also collected the creamer container and keyboard, which matched Carroll’s DNA profile, according to the statement of facts.

The Baltimore County Fire Department subsequently opened an investigation into Carroll’s conduct.

Fire Chief Joseph Dixon said in an employee email obtained by the Baltimore Banner, “Additionally, out of an abundance of caution, we are developing a plan to ensure that any equipment potentially associated with this matter is properly sanitized.”

Carroll turned himself in to police on Feb. 4.

Prosecutors told the court that Carroll also recorded himself urinating into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor’s office before plugging it back in, according to CBS News.

They further alleged that he ejaculated into food prepared at a firehouse and inside an ambulance.

“Everyone wants to have a reason. Everyone wants to know why. I don’t have the ability to answer that question right now,” Carroll’s attorney, Seth Okin, said in court, according to CBS News.

“These are isolated where they were, within the confines of what the state’s attorney put on the record, so the greater community shouldn’t feel that they’re at risk. No one’s come back with any medical concerns.”

However, 16 people confirmed they had unknowingly ingested the urine-contaminated ice, according to the statement of facts. The owner of the keyboard also said they likely would have consumed Carroll’s bodily fluids through cross-contamination while eating at their desk.

During Carroll’s sentencing hearing, three fire department employees said Carroll’s conduct felt “deeply personal,” according to the Baltimore Banner.

One victim said Carroll had “preyed on the very people who trust him most” and “chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification.”

A spokesperson from the Baltimore County Fire Department said Carroll’s sentencing “brings much-needed accountability” and should offer closure.

“Our focus now is on moving forward,” the spokesperson told Oxygen in a statement, “and maintaining the integrity and professionalism that the community—as well as our members—expect and deserve.”
