Police are investigating an allegation of rape after a woman told officers she was raped in an underpass under Kenton Lane in Harrow. Officers were called at around 5pm on Friday, June 16 and a woman alleged that she was approached by a man unknown to her and raped in an underpass under Kenton Lane.

The suspect is described as eastern European, possibly Romanian, aged around mid-20s, approx. 5ft 7in to 5ft 9in tall, with broad shoulders.

He had short black hair and no beard. He was wearing a dark vest, black jogging bottoms and red and black flip-flops.

There have no arrests at this early stage. A crime scene is in place and enquiries are ongoing.

Police are urging anyone with further information, including video or images, that they think will assist in the investigation to call 101 with reference CAD 6777/16 Jun.
